Villa Waringin is a luxury villa right on the beach at Pererenan, a small Balinese community about 20 minutes drive from Seminyak, the centre of Bali's sophisticated shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The world famous Nirwana Golf Course at Tanah Lot is 3.5km to the north west.

Villa Waringin is one of five individually architecturally designed, 5- and 6-bedroom villas in the Pantai Lima estate. Each villa offers complete privacy and serenity, is truly spacious, and has vast tropical gardens. Three of Villa Waringin's six bedrooms have ocean views.

Villa Waringin has a 20 m beach frontage, which means unimpeded sea views. Simply put, you step from your garden right on to the beach.

There are six air-conditioned double bedrooms, three of which have sea views.

Furnished in Tropical Colonial style and ideal for families, the villa's fixtures and fittings are of the highest international standard. There's a spa area, complete with a professional massage table.

The focus of the vast gardens are a 100 sqm swimming pool, plus a 12 sqm children's paddling pool, and a jacuzzi large enough for six adults.

Bedrooms

Six air-conditioned double bedrooms with king- , queenand prince-sized beds. Each has an ensuite bathroom, with bathtub as well as shower. Walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a 37 inch LCD television, satellite programming, DVD player and Bose sound system.  Three bedrooms have sea views.

Living/dining room

The air-conditioned living/dining room measures 140 square metres.

Cinema/multi media room

25 square metres with High Definition cinema system.

Internet

There is unlimited centralised WiFi broadband internet throughout the estate.

Swimming Pools

Main pool 20 x 5m. Children's paddling pool is 12 square metres with a maximum depth of 40 centimeters.

Jacuzzi

The outdoor heated jacuzzi is designed for the enjoyment of up to six adults.

Spa

The spa/massage room is 20 square metres.

Water supply

Water is sourced from a deep well, filtered and UV-treated to bring it to drinking quality. Booster pumps
maintain water pressure throughout the estate.

Electricity

33 KVA from the Indonesian government power company PLN. There is a back-up 200 KVA generator serving the
estate as a whole.

Carparks

Two covered carparks.

Food and Drink

The Estate's French Executive chef oversees a team of kitchen staff including sous chefs. All food, wines, beers and spirits are charged at cost, with the exception of cellared fine wines.
