Private villas have become the choice of accommodation for many travelers that visiting Bali. One of the reasons why they choose a private villa is a place of accommodation for their big family reunion. Yes, some of our guests prefer a private villa that has a considerable amount of room for a meeting place or their family reunions, such as 6 bedroom pool villas. Some family members come to use the different planes and from different places with the main family, such as parents arrived from Australia while the children arrived from Hong Kong.
With so many choices of airlines to Bali today, enabling travelers using airlines in accordance with the budget and their needs. This allows some travelers are getting the flight back to their country during the late afternoon or evening. If they are using private villas as holiday accommodation, then they will have check-out that exceeds the standard time of check-out from the villa.
As has become standard in many villas in Bali, that check-in time is at 14.00pm, while check-out time is at 11.00pm or at 12.00pm. If you have a schedule flight departure time which exceeds the standard check-out time at the villa, then you will be charged for late check-out and you should notify when you do a correspondent with the reservation, due to late check-out is very dependent on availability of the villas itself.
Why you should pay for late check-out at the villa?
We got a lot of questions as above, but you must understand, that private villas are not the same as hotels that you usually use as holiday accommodation. The hotels have many rooms that still they can use as a backup if you have check-out time beyond the check-out at the hotel itself, but different from the villas that have only limited room, even for a private villa that only has room which numbered 2,3,4,5, or 6 bedrooms then it is very burdensome to them, if on the day you check-out will be another guests who will check in, the villa would require sufficient time to clean and prepare rooms their rooms for the next guest. Therefore, it is very important you to pay a late check-out, especially if you check-out till 6pm or even into the night, by paying late check-out then you will get a guarantee that the villas are not going to rent out their rooms on the same day to the other guests. Some villas will probably give you tolerate until 3pm, but as we had earlier, that it is highly dependent on the presence or absence of guests who will check in on the day, in other case if the villa itself get the last minute booking, while you already booked the villa in few months earlier, well to avoid the things that you do not want, it is important you to tell the reservations about your flight schedule.
But if you do not want to get the extra fee for late check-out, some options you might consider, such as while you can entrust your luggage at the villa, then you can use the time left for sightseeing, shopping, or visiting tourist attractions in Bali, and after that you can return to the villa to pick up your luggage. But it is certainly very inconvenient if you’re on vacation by bringing your kids are still babies.
